Our healthcare providers are dedicated to their profession, and it is a privilege to support them in their roles. As a member of the Carecor team, my responsibility is to ensure that our healthcare providers are equipped with the necessary training to provide quality care in healthcare settings.
I collaborate with our external stakeholders to identify the specific training requirements for each healthcare provider at the facilities we serve. My goal is to maintain positive relationships with these facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient orientation and training process for our healthcare providers.
It brings me great satisfaction when a healthcare provider expresses interest in a particular facility, and I can facilitate their training to meet the facility’s requirements. It is equally rewarding to receive feedback from the facility that the healthcare provider has successfully completed all necessary training and is now ready to begin working there.
I am honoured to be a part of a diverse company that provides much-needed services in today’s healthcare system.
