Experience & Certification
We require care team assistants to hold a Continuing Care Assistant/Care Team Assistant (CCA/CTA) certificate. We also consider Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) who are currently enrolled in a bridging program and in the process of attaining a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse licensure with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.
